No r al complaints. Did find out that the forms in your database that I was interested had been superceeded by new forms back in Jan of 2016 a year ago. This meant I had to downloaded ad new forms t fill out. You could strive to be more up to date.

In Android, open the Print option from an app's menu, then select Save as PDF from the Save to or Printer menu. In iOS, tap the Share button in an app and select Print, then force touch or tap-and-hold on the print preview to open a PDF copy.
Upload PDF file. Drag your file on to the drop zone above, or click Upload to choose a file from your computer. Create PDF. Once your file is uploaded, create PDF using PDF Pro's online PDF creator. Download file.
To begin, drag and drop your DOC or DOCX file in the Word to PDF converter. The conversion to PDF should take place right away. Feel free to compress, edit or modify your file further. Click the download button to save your new PDF.
In the left pane, click Add Files and select Add Files, Add Folder, or Add Web Content. To create a folder, click the Create Folder icon in the secondary toolbar. To convert an image to PDF, select Print from the image viewer and choose the PDF printer (in this example nova PDF) before clicking on OK. Drag and drop the JPG image(s) you want to merge in one PDF (or click the “Add file” button). Change the order of the file if needed. Hit the “Convert file(s)” button to convert your JPG images to PDF. Save the converted file by clicking “Download PDF file” button.
